Quesadillas (cheese and chili filling inside a corn tortilla) Bean Burrito made with whole black beans, Mexican rice, lettuce, diced tomato and salsa
Flautas (tortillas, filled with beef or chicken, rolled and fried) Pescado Veracruz (Red Snapper)
Taco salad (fried taco shell) Mexican chicken salad (no guacamole or sour cream)
Fried shrimp with rice Steamed shrimp with rice
Refried beans Black beans
Guacamole (pureed avocado with spices) Salsa
Nachos (tostado chips served with melted cheese and jalapenos peppers) Soft flour tortilla with salsa
